This work was constructed in the style of music that would be reminiscent of Super Mario Bros. when Mario would eat a magic mushroom and become unstoppable for a time. This is a high-intensity work for high school band or a very talented middle-school band. The main theme is set in 9/8, but not in the traditional sense (2+2+2+3). With many modulations and a gorgeous middle section, this work is sure to please your band and percussion section.
